three WAYS TO TUNE IN TO YOUR KINGDOM CALLING AND RECLAIM YOUR PURPOSE

The world and the opinions of others around us can get so loud, but that doesn't mean you have to let it drown out the voice of God within you. You are in this world, but not of it. By choosing to stay connected and aligned with God's calling on your life, you will be better equipped to stand firm in your convictions, know what they are and be grounded in living a purposeful life.

In this guide, I'll show you three ways to help you tune in to the frequency of your true, God given desires and start to live bold & courageous TODAY!.

TIP #1: DEVOTE TIME FOR THINGS YOU LOVE
Not quite the same as self-care, but equally as important and can be so fun!

With all the demand on our time, it's crucial to stay connected to God and spend time on things that matter most to you. Yes, YOU! When you're too busy doing things for everyone else, it becomes easier to disconnect yourself from the voice of God and suppress the gentle leading of the Holy Spirit, which was given to guide you into your purpose and "...the good, pleasing and perfect will of God" for your life!

Many are called, few are chosen. Why is that? It's because not everyone will answer the call.

You can choose to raise your awareness and re-align to your calling, RIGHT NOW! ...and say it out loud! Yep, I'm really asking you to simply say "I choose to re-align myself to my unique calling".

What we focus on grows, so the idea with this step is to bring everything back into focus. It will help you stay aligned with your God-given passions in life and avoid the tendency to ignore them or lose touch with them altogether.

Commit to putting a date with yourself on the calendar and choose something that will require you to actually pay attention, not numb out.
TIP #2: PRACTICE SELF-DISCIPLINE

If you're wondering how self-discipline ties in with tuning in to your unique calling, let's break it down.

Tell me if this sounds familiar. You tend to get amped up about something new and exciting that God is doing in your life, you make a commitment to do the thing only to later find yourself disappointed because you lacked the discipline needed to walk it out. Now, you just feel defeated and the self-doubt is creeping in.

It's ok! I've been there too! We all have.

"...For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." But, let's be honest, we're not always going to feel like doing the things. Practicing self-discipline helps us avoid negative patterns and overcome them through the power of the Holy Spirit.

When you're in tune with your true purpose and higher calling, you're better equipped to identify self-sabotaging thoughts and choose to be obedient to what God is asking of you, pressing on even when it's difficult or uncomfortable.

By living on purpose, with a purpose, self-confidence, self-esteem and inner strength increases giving you courage to shine more.

Commit to shifting your mindset and becoming more disciplined in one area of your life today.

TIP #3:  Don't overthink it

Overthinking is a kingdom-calling killer.

In our society, the eagerness to fit in and be accepted can make it uncomfortable to shine in your uniqueness. It's much easier to fly under the radar then it is to put yourself out there and risk the possibility of rejection. But I urge you, don't give away your power too easily!

Instead, identify those limiting beliefs and make a conscious effort to end the negative loop. When you catch yourself overthinking, immediately replace the narrative with positive, empowering thoughts.

Choose Faith over Fear and reclaim inner-strength.

FEAR is simply false evidence appearing real, and it can feel very real at times. That's why It's important to speak life and remind yourself these thoughts and fears are not from your creator. Tune them out and tune in to the promises of God over your life which lead you to the life of abundance and fulfillment God destined for you.

You've been given a specific purpose and an authentic voice to share with the world. Be you, speak from the heart and your people will find you.

I know it can seem scary, but when you choose to walk in your purpose and focus less on the "what if's", you'll be giving others permission to do the same.
